The Conejo Valley Solar Home Tour held this past weekend by Solar Electrical Systems was a big success, with over 40 people participating in the guided tour. Solar Rebates available under the CSI program are based on a declining tier structure. As more residential and commercial solar systems are installed, the rate at which the solar rebate is awarded decreases.
