Measure B was Los Angeles’ plan to install at least 400kW of Solar on the city’s roof tops. In theory, there was nothing wrong with what Measure B was trying to achieve, but flaws in the execution  are what lead to the rejection (official 3/20/09) of the measure by L.A. voters.
